Drop editions
How often does Solehaus release a new drop?
We release fewer than six numbered editions per year. Each drop is announced first to archive subscribers, then opened to the public for a limited window.
What does the drop index number mean?
The two-digit index tracks the edition's place in our archive. It appears on the product plate, the box label and the edition card included with every pair.
Are drops limited?
Limited Drops are produced in fixed runs — typically 300 pairs — and retired once sold out. Runners and Court Classics are produced in small batches and restocked only when material allows.
Sizing & fit
Should I size up or down?
Our runners fit true to size. Court Classics run slightly generous in the toe box; if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down by a half size.
Do you offer width fittings?
At this time we produce one standard width per silhouette. Our engineered-knit uppers offer more give across the forefoot than traditional leather lasts.
Shipping & returns
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within two business days. Domestic delivery is 3–5 business days; international delivery is 7–14 business days depending on customs.
What is your return policy?
Unworn pairs in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Limited Drops are final sale unless defective.
Materials & care
How should I clean my sneakers?
Use a soft brush and lukewarm water with a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid machine washing. Leather uppers benefit from a light conditioner every few months.
Where are Solehaus sneakers made?
Each edition is produced in a small family-owned factory in Portugal or Italy, chosen for the specific material and construction method the silhouette demands.
